Tflc - Goa

We were a group of 14. Took the complete villa. Location is decent, place is decent. The housekeeping, caretaker staff has no clue what to do. They were 3 of them and even to get one cup of tea or coffee it took them 40 mins to serve. We were told by the agent who booked us here that there is a fixed menu card but when we asked for the Same at the villa, the caretakers had no clue about any menu card. They had some own verbal price list and when we objected to the rates they openly offered us 30% discount on their verbal price list. We relied on the caretaker for only breakfast but that was a disaster. 3 of them looked lost everytime we asked them to prepare any breakfast. They just didn't seem trained to ***age these services. We stayed there 4 days. Not even one day they came to clean our room. There was no water coming in the bathroom taps on two occasions, simply because they forgot to turn on the motor. They were preparing ready to eat food in breakfast which we strongly were not happy about. Prior to arrival we gave them a list of items for breakfast and they in confidence said everything will be ready but when we reached there most of the food items we requested for was missing. It was a disaster at breakfast time as we waited at least 40 mins just for basic tea just for 2ppl. I will personally never recommend this place unless your prepared to depend on swiggy Zomato etch and just use the pool, room etch. The pool and room are the only highlight i can mention. I had the experience to walk into the kitchen once to take some cutlery and there were cockroaches in the drawer cabinets which i even showed it to them. Unbelievable... We paid almost a lakh during our stay there, and the experience was not worth at all...
