Food makes this review average, very limited choices, cheap food, minimal fruits.. exact same breakfast every morning for a week ( reminds me a airport hotel continental breakfast).. on the other hand- luxurious modern design s property and nice waterpark suitable for kids aged 7-9year old. If you got a cheap deal and dont mind cheap tasteless food with limited choices- it is definitely place to go

This was our second stay at Paradisus. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, the kids' water park was perfect. Service was professional and friendly. We loved the food.
Alicia was great at taking care of our room. And Sonya took extra good care of us at the buffet. Another great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to accommodate, to make our stay better. The only downside was that i had to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a chair on the beach and sometimes for the pool area as well

The hotel is beautiful and is maintained. Food was great and nespresso coffee huts were fantastic. If I had to complain about something at the hotel it’s the fact that it’s lacking entertainment. They had a dj playing in the main hotel bar area until 10 then immediately it went silent and they went home which ruined the vibe of the room. I found throughout the week nobody was around because there wasn’t anything to do in the evening. Kind of always boring vibe here.

I don't put much weight on reviews however when the service is so good i believe you have to speak up and give credit to what made the experience. The resort itself is as beautiful and tranquil as you see in the pictures. Every bit of it from the Family sections to the Adults only. The restaurants are well through through and enough options to find something you like. If you came for the drinks, they are no way watered down and every bar tender we dealt with knew their way around the bar.
The SERVICE of the staff was above and beyond to the point of making sure we took note of the names of who really made our stay one of the best trips we've had of all the countries we've visited. I know this is getting long so i'll bring it back in. Our concierge service started before we even got to the resort by simply conversating with the concierge service and advising why we were coming.
Sidharta (Sid) hands down is the reason we will come back to this and other Melia facilities. We have been very vocal to all our fam for our next trip to make it down with us next year, primarily because of the level of detail he puts in to teaching the staff and understanding what it means to be of service to your guest. Again take it from someone you don't know such as myself, but giving an honest review. You will not be disappointed regardless of where you stay on the resort.
DO NOT NEGLECT THE WELLNESS SPA. if you don't have access, it's worth the upgrade or visit to take some time to treat yours

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is very clean and well maintained. The resort provides many activities which keep children busy and entertained. The shows after dinner were much appreciated. The concierge service added an element of luxury to the entire experience.
The only improvement I would like to see is the shows presented in a "theatre venue" so that the spectators don't have to stand in a crowded area to watch the performances.
