I was happy to find a place in the area. But last night and this morning was nothing but a headache causing experience. About 10:pm last night all I could hear was the footsteps of the person upstairs walking back and forth. Then the dragging noise of furniture on and on it went. Because I'm in a foreign country and more than likely the would not understand me, I decided to wait till this morning. It's now 11:58 am and the foot pounding and furniture dragging started again. My headache is getting worse. I guess the floors are thin. Dragging chairs the vacuum cleaner running. It's like living in a barn or something. Don't rent here especially room#3 down stairs. That's it. I've had it.
