We rested in this hotel in July 2021, I decided to write a review because other than “great,” I couldn’t find anything about this hotel. This hotel consists of many buildings and all of them are orange in color, except for one renovated one, where the number of rooms starts from 500. Inside this building there is a swimming pool and a bar, which can be used free of charge throughout the day. It is located opposite the gray canteen. Only foreigners are accommodated in this building; we are in terrible buildings. There are no rooms with sea views, or rather there are, but the sea is far away and there is no point in paying for the sea. There was no cleaning in the room, as well as clean towels. they only take away trash. The photos of the hotel that are provided on the websites are a complete lie, the photos of the canteen are the same. There is nothing in common with these pictures, everything is destroyed, especially the rooms on the first floor, which stink of rot and dampness, you can ask for another room, they will exchange it for the same nigh**are. The mattresses are uncomfortable, made of springs, they are 100 years old, the pillows are terrible, it is impossible to sleep, they are hard and thin. There is a loud voice at the reception all the time, people swear and swear. All information about the hotel on our websites is complete lies. All paid air conditioning, Wi-Fi. There are not even soap supplies, this is a SHAME for the hotel, when there is Covid in the world, we entered the room and there was nothing to even wash our hands with. At the reception they sent me to the market for soap (the plump woman speaks only English). True bad reviews on the tourist website of the hotel Fereniki Holiday Beach Resort is the same hotel. The only plus of the hotel is the food. The food is tasty, but monotonous. The fish was only like hake, we didn’t eat it, and that’s all about seafood. Fruits include watermelon, melon, orange and apples. It's July at the height of fruits. And separately for the canteen I would like to say, endless queues under the sun to pick up food, if you go again to get tea or fruit, you need to queue again and you can get stuck there for a long time, you won’t even want anything. They are allowed in portions. The water in the hotel is bad, like soap, we bought 6 bottles of 1.5 liters for 1.5 euros. The sea is nearby, everything on the beach costs 5 euros for 2 sun loungers. The cool sea flows nearby into a clean mountain river. There is somewhere to walk outside the hotel, everything monotonous gets boring. We didn’t sit in this horror, we took a car and drove around the island. Crete is beautiful, impressive. We arrived with the tour operator TPG from Kyiv, the meeting party was Kilamaki or something like that, I don’t remember, the guide’s name is Anna, this absolutely inadequate person is rude and rude.
