"We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests."

"I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown! I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants! I will come back to stay here again, obrigada"

"Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here."

"The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best."

"Para el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta. La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies."

"Everything was perfect, clean and spacious room with large TV. Very good wifi, private and free parking. The food is good as well as the hearty breakfast. The hotel is about 18 minutes from the city center. There are 2 swimming pools with sauna and hammam."
