Travelodge by Wyndham Welland

The staff were fine and breakfast was nice. Be were comfortable. But lots of problems with drunk people in the hallways and homeless people outside. I felt bad for the front desk employee because there wasn't really anything she could do about either, but it was not a safe hotel.

So my boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, even though the staff was extremely friendly the room we stayed in was not satisfactory. When i checked in i was planning to have a shower and get ready as i had an event. Unfortunately my shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Then there was a crack in the ceiling and whenever someone flushed the ceiling would leak. As for the room only issue was that the AC unit only gave out cold air so we were cold all night and the lamps didn’t work but bed wasn’t bad (king bed).

no wifi for most of the time....it was stressful to get towels...they never would give enough....I was there 4 days and my bed was never made...and I had to ask constantly for the garbage to be changed. They also rent out half the hotel to what looked like people with substance abuse problems. I would never stay there again

There were several black stains on the ceiling in the washroom. I understand this is a high humidity area, however more attention should be given to this area.

Easy to get to off HWY 406. Easy checkin. Room is clean but a little dated. Good room for the price and in a great location as to ding and shopping.

Everything was good, staff were nice, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and updated.

Ended up having to book another hotel, this one was terrible. Dirty. Windows boarded up. When checking out the desk staff laughed and said this happens all the time.

the room was clean, bed was comfortable. staff was very nice.but this hotel needs some upgrades. the bathroom door was cracked. stains on the ceiling and walls. also it looked like the smoke detector had plastic covering on it, which concerned me if it was actually in working order. consider adding a hair dryer to the bathroom.

Just a one day ( few hours) because we went there around 1.30 am. Reason we went for Niagara Falls fireworks very far away. At least they should have power charging nothing have use in the washroom. Fridge was off
