Bayu View Hotel Klang Reviews

Arrive for check in, was told the room we booked were sold out to others as they did not receive the payment we already made to trip.com Instead of a double room, we were given single room with no window. Where I believe it is lower price then what we already paid to trip.com. Once arrive at room, my ID card were not given and need to go down to registration and ask for my ID card. And also need to ask for towel as only 1 towel given in the room. Refer picture. Door safety lock also hard to push and the chain is broken. Refer picture.

Ok can accept this room

1. The environment and service are good, the receptionists are friendly, Malay restaurants are a bit hard to find 2. Cleanliness 4⭐️, only when I go out and when I return to the hotel there are leftovers on the bathroom floor, I'm not sure where the leftovers came from, 🤔 3. When booking through trip.com I booked a deluxe room with window but during check in they gave me a deluxe room without window, according to them it is not according to what we found, if there is no vacancy, I am very disappointed with that
