The cottage is only a 10-minute drive from the Twelve Apostles and a 7-minute drive from Gibson Steps. It has a strategic location. There is only one convenience store nearby that is open seasonally, so it is best to go to the supermarket early for shopping before arriving at the cabin.
The cabin is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, including an electric stove and microwave for simple cooking. However, it is located in a mountainous area, so it would be better if the heating could be turned on. Will come again.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and Daughter whilst travelling the Great Ocean Road. Easy to find and quite roomy with two bedrooms, a good size lounge/diner and a small bathroom. The cottage was quite cold, and unfortunately the remote for the air-conditioning/heating was not working. However, the owner quickly put some new batteries in and away it went. It still took a long time to warm up though. Beds were comfy, and the shower was OK. The views across the hills were great, and the cottage had a lovely terrace, where you could bar-b-q if preferred, with plenty of seating.

Beautifully situated with a wide view, quiet, in a beautiful garden, it is all a bit dated but that has its Australian charm. A nice cottage, especially in warm weather you can stay on the veranda or in the garden, it was much too cold now, the air conditioning made it pleasant inside. A simple meal can be prepared on the electric stove, certainly recommended for an overnight stay during the Great Ocean Road, a short distance from the 12 Apostles, which you can also visit outside the crowds, for example in the evening or morning. also go to the Gibson Steps, but check whether it is low tide (easy to find on the internet). There is plenty to do in the area. It's a pity that there is no WiFi, which really should be available, we have been to more remote accommodations where WiFi was available, communication with the owners in advance was fine via booking.
