What to say, we returned because last year we had a really good time, excellent cuisine, friendliness from all the staff, fantastic entertainment with truly exceptional shows, super hospitality, room cleaning, top organization, what to add we went back and we will be back next year. Thanks Cormorant.

Well organized and structured village. Large, clean and well furnished rooms. Comfortable bed. Reception always kind and helpful, intervened immediately for any eventuality or problem. Beautiful swimming pools and sunbeds in the structure, good management to avoid occupation by rude guests who did not use them but left towels to keep their place. Lifeguards present to keep situations safe and controlled. The kitchen is a real gem. Buffet with fresh and well cooked raw materials. The room staff very kind and helpful. The train service to the beach is good, all in all tolerable expectations. The real gem of the village is the animation, young guys always available to involve and entertain you even with special activities. Thanks to the animation in particular to Giulia, Lorenzo, Alessio, Gabriele and Max. Even the guys from Valtur Land, although we didn't have children, have always been kind and helpful with us. I would go back again tomorrow, it was a beautiful week!

The structure is of a fair standard, the rooms are not "resort" although clean and more than decent. The real strength of the Village are the services: - Very good and efficient cuisine, The quality of the food is indisputable, obviously also the quantity and taste, however, even if in self-service mode, given the incredible amount of food and people, the quality is that of a good level restaurant - Engaging entertainment made up of talented, nice and never inappropriate guys, My children, very young (3-6 years), had a great time in Valtur land followed by very sweet and welcoming, who became excellent dancers in entertainment. We adults, on the other hand, enjoyed ourselves thanks to Gabriele's sympathy and artistic verve and to the sports activities organized by Lorenzo and Alessio. The singer Piero is also very good. It was a great holiday. Highly recommended for families who want a holiday of healthy fun

Valtur Il Cormorano is not just another hotel where you can spend a relaxed summer holiday. Il Cormorano becomes a special hotel for the people who work there, from Mr. who picked us up from the train and welcomed us with a warm handshake, the always attentive restaurant staff, the attentive and smiling bar staff, the ladies who clean the rooms. What made our experience at this hotel unforgettable was the warmth we felt from everyone, in particular from the excellent animation team led by Luca. I will always be grateful to dear Verónica who made us feel at home, to the attentive Manuel who integrated my son into the group of young people without knowing how to speak Italian, to the talented Jack, the fun Psyco, the friendly Salvatore and the dear Roy who did everything to make our experience unforgettable. Although the beach is not in front of the hotel, in a few minutes we can get there on foot, by train or by bicycle and find all the necessary infrastructure to have a good time. Finally, I must point out the food in the restaurant, which is always diverse, fresh and tasty, and a special thanks to the careful Francesco, who is in charge of the restaurant, who was always very attentive and managed to satisfy my food requests in an exemplary way ( eating gluten-free in Italy is not easy ), and even provided us with a special moment on my daughter's birthday. Il Cormorano will remain forever in our hearts as a vacation very well spent with very special people...a big thank you to everyone ❤️

Abbiamo trovato un verme nel piatto di pasta, peli nelle patate, cucchiaino per il gelato sporco e incrostato dal caffè e le bustine di ketchup usate già per metà. Struttura e camere bellissime ma pulizia e cibo pessimiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Struttura accogliente, pulizia impeccabile e varietà di cibo sopra ogni aspettativa!!!! Un plauso alla SPA della struttura , la signora Serena eccellente in quanto a professionalità e gentilezza😊!!!! Ci torneremo di sicuro

Prenotato dal 11 al 20 agosto . All accoglienza non troviamo nessuno ne per offrirci un bicchiere d’acqua , ne per un benvenuto .. figuriamoci per le valigie .. ci hanno risposto che era un giorno di riposo ( per gli animatori ) e per gli addetti della struttura ? Lasciando perdere questo , già grave per un 4 stelle , arrivati in camera la troviamo sporca , con batuffoli di polvere tra il letto e le tende e addirittura piena di formiche .. lenzuala bucate ( allego foto ) ma dico io .. un controllo prima di consegnare la camera a un cliente no ?? ABBiAMO speso 4600 euro per 8 gg .. mi aspetto una camera come Dio comanda .. penso sia il minimo !!! avvisata la reception provvedono alla pulizia . Mi sarei aspettato un mi scusi … niente Per riscaldare il latte alla bambina mi sono recato diverse volte di mattina alle 6:30-7 alla biberoneria perché in camera non c’era un bollitore ! Al giorno d’oggi è grave anche questo .. in tutte le strutture ormai c è ne uno in camera … sempre nella stanza ci sono solo N 2 prese .. una nel bagno , una sul comodino .. io e mie moglie abbiamo fatto i turni per caricare il cellulare e ci siamo comprati una multipresa con 3 uscite ! Andiamo avanti cercando di non rovinarci la vacanza ma i servizi offerti non sono all’altezza . Ristorante buono ma non eccezionale , all inclusive che non è un all inclusive .. sono incluse solo bevande alla spina fino alle 23 , le granite , qualche cocktail preparato dal bar ( solo dalle 18 alle 19 ) come amaro solo il silano , la pizza solo dalle 17:30 alle 18:30 e il caffè . Premetto che nn è un problema poiché ho speso anche 700 euro di extra ( potete verificare ) ma questo non è un all inclusive .. sono stato in altri villaggi dove era TUTTO COMPRESO , ma veramente tutto .. , aperitivi a tutte le ore , super alcolici , gelati , crêpes alla nutella per i bambini … Detto ciò ogni azienda fa la sua politica.. ci mancherebbe … Andiamo avanti … Il mare è raggiungibile con un trenino simpatico che passa ogni 15 min oppure ci si arriva con L auto . Anche il servizio in spiaggia da rivedere … Arrivi li , nessuno ti accoglie , i bagnini che nn si scomodano , ti scegli L ombrellone libero e fai da te .. Per finire , prima di andare via , vado a saldare il tutto , tra l’altro confrontandomi con altre persone li in vacanza , ho pagato un prezzo più alto rispetto agli altri che hanno prenotato un po’ prima di me , ( questo non è bello per un cliente ) chiedo molto gentilmente se è possibile fare il check out 1 h dopo.. non mi fanno nemmeno finire di parlare già mi rispondono che non è possibile.. e non mi dicono nemmeno : come è andata? Tutto bene ? Niente … Questo non è saperci fare con i clienti .. tanto all’addetta in reception non gli cambia nulla .. ma così perderete tanti altri clienti come me . note positive , lo staff del ristorante , del bar , sono veramente gentili , cortesi e professionali. Piscina , e villaggio sicuro per bambini

Grazie mille x la magnifica vacanza che ci state facendo vivere... Anche qui la spina è staccata.. Animazione molto brava e coinvolgente.. Mai invadente.. Cibo di qualità e curato.. Camera confortevole.. Mare a 2 passi comunque c'è un simpatico trenino.. Oppure le biciclette... Il centro abitatato con i servizi è a circa 1 km.. Un po' pericolo andarci a piedi x via della statale... Mare pulito.. Quasi subito profondo.. Consiglio di spostarsi di poco x vedere meravigliose spiagge.. Anche se la stessa è spaziosa, bella, curata ed il servizio è bar spiaggia e bellissimo... Insomma non manca niente.. Consigliatissimo... Forza valtur.. Una medicina naturale...

Bellissima location ,ottimo servizio,ma ciò che mi è piaciuto di più è stato il massaggio effettuato dall'estetista Valentina Liserre, a dir poco sublime,si vede che mette passione nel suo lavoro,non ho mai provato un massaggio così piacevole e rilassante,figura molto professionale, assolutamente da ripetere.
