The worst experience ever. We decided to celebrate New Year and booked 3 nights, 2 couples. We have got room nr #201 and #203. With my husband we stayed in #203 and it was a night mare. The wardrobe it’s basically just some shelves in which you can’t even organise normally clothes from accesories and lingerie. Also, this room is a floor upper than Spa Center and in the nights was imposible to sleep because of the sound of the machine working. We wrote in the night to reception and they told they can’t do anything because its the circulation system from pool. Are you kidding? This wasn’t the cheepest room, we had expectations at least to have silence in the night, to be able to sleep. At check-out they asked if it was ok our stay, I answered no and the older woman at the reception just answered “ok”. They don’t care about people and your comfort, they care just about instagram content and to have a good marketing so everyone can easily book. At the breakfast two mornings we ordered creepes and they weren’t well cooked and it was imposible to eat them like a gum. The only good thing about this hotel is the waiters and pool staff, super friendly and profesional people. Never comming back and recommending!!!! Instagram and reality are two different things in this case!

Best place ever, don’t want to leave. Daniel should be the general manager, I had a big problem about finding a pharmacy here and he did his best to help me, he did help me. He was always so helpful and friendly. Massage was perfect, very different from all my previous experiences. Two nights were not enough, stay more… Dinner, lunch, breakfast everything was extraordinary… I will definitely come again..

Our stay at Chalet Al Foss was a nightmare. For €3,200 over FOUR nights, we expected luxury and peace. Instead, we endured sleepless nights, unhelpful management, and a complete lack of care for guest comfort. 1. Unhelpful Management + Loud Music Alberto (the owner) seems to think he’s running a club in Ibiza, blasting loud, trashy euro-pop every day from 3–7 pm. Even with windows closed, the noise fills the rooms, ruining any chance of relaxation. And you can’t escape it! He completely refuses to turn the music down—it’s blasting every day, and he doesn’t care if it bothers you or not. We were told he advertises this place like a party hotel (ha-ha, check out their Instagram) 2. Spa Closes at 7 PM, Right When the Torture Ends The outdoor spa closes for guests at exactly 7 pm, right when the obnoxious DJ stops his loud music. So, if you’re hoping to enjoy a quiet evening in the spa with your partner while listening to nature, forget it. The only way to have that experience is by paying extra for one of their overpriced “experiences.” It’s ridiculous that after paying €800 per night, we could only enjoy quiet time in the spa until 3 pm. Every day, we had to leave the hotel when the DJ turned the place into a daytime rave. 3. Sleepless Nights Due to Noise • First Night: At 5 am, a snow cannon roared to life outside our room, waking us up. Then, at 8 am, the hotel blasted loud music outside, basically acting as an alarm clock for everyone. • Second Night: The 8 am music disturbance happened again, supposedly for an engagement proposal. Who proposes at 8 am? The paper-thin walls didn’t help, letting every sound from the corridor and neighbours rooms into our room. 4. Overpriced and Overhyped Alpaca Breakfast We paid €150 for the so-called “alpaca breakfast,” an obvious Instagram trick. The poached eggs were almost raw, served like soup in a plate. The alpacas are brought out just long enough for photos and videos and you can feed them. They aren’t actually having breakfast with you cause they will probably want to taste yours. Exhausted from lack of sleep, we asked if we could reschedule or cancel this experience but were flatly denied. The alpacas were adorable but you can go and say hi to them for free at any other time of the day. 5. Massage Service is a Complete Joke We booked a massage for €240, thinking it would be top-quality. Instead, it was very basic and disappointing. It became clear why: the two masseuses are not professional therapists—they also work as waitresses, cleaners (not confirmed but we saw our therapist coming into someone’s room with a cleaning trolley), and even models for the hotel’s Instagram. Yes, the same people serving your drinks and cleaning your room are pretending to be happy guests in reels, enjoying the hot tubs and rooms and do your massages. It’s embarrassing and insulting for what we paid. 6. Hot and Uncomfortable Rooms with No Temperature Control Our room was unbearably hot, with no air conditioning

This hotel is in a remote location in a narrow valley. The mountains are just beautiful and it’s so unbelievably serene here. This for me is what I will remember most. Yes the hotel is insta-famous. The heart motif is a bit overdone, twinkle lights in the room a bit much, it’s clearly a romantic “do nothing” getaway spot for couples, but even as a solo traveler, I enjoyed the serenity here nonetheless. One night for me was just enough time to have some traditional Trentino food, sleep soundly, take a swim in the morning, and have breakfast with the alpacas (totally worth it!). The staff were also very kind from my first interaction with them over email at booking to the final farewell from the front steps. Everyone should come here once, it’s worth the journey for the unique location and experiences.

Absolutely fabulous! The staff organized a wedding renewal for my wife and I during our stay there which, candidly, couldn't have been more romantic, personal nor professional. Everything about our stay, from the room to the meals, from the location to the service, to the renewal and everything that went with it couldn't have been more positive. I cannot say enough great things about Chalet Al Foss and its superlative staff and owners . . . they are simply fantastic.

Chalet al Foss: What an excelent marketing can do! Nothing like I saw on their social channels, a unique location with exclusive experiences. High fives for their marketing team!👌 We payed for 2 nights, after the first night(even though once we were there we knew this would happen in the end)we left! The so called “exclusive” experiences are the worst I have ever encountered. Here are some “instagramable” romantic and exclusive views (I hope they ll be accepted and not taken out from this review)from when having a “private breakfast/lunch”experience( for which you pay extra, of course)/romantic weekend.😂🫣 LE:Unfortunately I wasn’t able to download the photos that were really worth sharing(I wonder why?) It s a 2/3 wanna be a 4/5 star accomodation with a 2 star staff(front office/managment) All their services are middle range as well as their location and attitude towards their customers who knows the differences between 3, 4, 5 star services. Noise during the day, the music played at maximum volume throughout the day, making it practically impossible to relax. Instead of enjoying(as much as the position could have offered due to their location), the peace of the nature, you either heard the music(and not even a relaxing one) that was at high volume or a truck passing by, or a car, because the location is exactly on the national road. To end this “bad joke” journey called “Chalet al foss” I ll give a 4 out of 5 for some(not to all) of their staff( from bar/restaurant).
