Good location but really old facilities

Near at Capitol complex, very convenient for solo travellers

Great location along of the major streets of the city with lots of restaurants and business establishments. The room has the amenities and I really appreciate the shuttle service to the nearby airport.

Nice clean place. Centrally located and an easy walk to most everything around. Would stay here again if I was in Puerto Princessa.

The elevator was out of service and the hotel is located on the 3d floor. Staff is polite. Upon our request we were provided with the kettle. The towels were with dirty spots.

Not the best option even for one night. Broken furniture. Water leaks in the toilet, so there is a puddle all the time. The room overlooking the road is very noisy - motorcycles, music from nearby bars. I do not recommend.

don’t book this hotel. when i arrived i opened the air conditioning and the filters were full of dust and mold, the first night i slept in the heat without turning on the air conditioning. the hot water in the shower comes out after a long wait and alternated with cold water. the room was not cleaned every days and the towels smelled bad on the first day. the staff at the reception was very good and they always tried to help me, but the manager is not doing a good job. manager, spend some money and have your air conditioner cleaned and sanitized periodically by a specialized technician. photos and video about dirty air conditioning.

Location of the hotel is in the city. Very accessible to malls and other establishments. Food panda is available in the area. You don't have to worry on where to find a place to eat. This is just a small hotel yet the service is superb. Rooms are also clean and smells nice. Bathroom is clean. Beds are nice and comfy. Sulit ang bayad namin dito. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place was very nice, their rooms are wide and clean. They also have a mini fridge in their rooms. The staffs are very accommodating, they gave us free shuttle ride to the airport. Will surely give you a good night sleep because the place was so comfortable and clean. Overall 10/10

The rooms are clean and fresh and the bed is super comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and breakfasts. offer free airport roundtrip transfer, and good service with the staff.

The location is just near to the hotel and there are many restaurants, banks, and other shops outside. So very convenient. I also like that they have free van transfers to and from. The room is good and big and has a beautiful view facing the roadside, the aircon works well, the bed sheets and pillows are clean and comfy, they have a hot and cold shower and a bidet and they have also a vault just in case you have huge cash or any valuable things with you. They also follow my request and the wifi inside the room is pretty decent. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very satisfied. Recommendable!
