There was no AC and the staff didn’t notify me when I checked in. The temperature outside was 35C and the room was 30C at night. I couldn’t get any sleep and the staff couldn’t tell me when the AC would be fixed. I decided to check out after one night and spoke to CTrip.com to get a refund as the staff were not helpful. It’s a shame because it was a lovely room but the behaviour of the staff was disappointing.

Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff service was great. The downsides were the lack of air conditioning and security. We were told we couldn't adjust our room temperature as it runs on the building's centralised system so the hotel provided a single portable tower fan for the bedroom...it was not enough for the hot day/nights. Regarding security, anyone could get up to the hotel floors without a pass and the rooms didn't have any 'additional' locks to secure door from the inside. As a traveler with a young family, comfort and security goes a long way.

The room is spacious and bright, and the auntie comes to clean and replace daily necessities every day. The front desk service is responsive. Located in the residential area, it is very convenient for eating and using, but it is far from the subway. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway.

The hotel is in a prime location, about 900 meters away from Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Dynasty City. Parking is convenient, with underground parking. There are many places to eat around, where you can taste Xi'an cuisine. The only drawback is that breakfast is not provided.

The hotel is located in a unique location, right next to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. Downstairs is the famous water basin mutton, which is very authentic and delicious. After putting down our luggage, we walked to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps for a tour. It was just after Qingming Festival, and there were not too many people. The Xi'an Art Museum and the Concert Hall were magnificent and very photogenic! There is the authentic Shaanxi cuisine of Qinchuan Babaili on the street of the hotel. The Yellow River carp and gourd chicken are so delicious, haha, and the authentic Chongqing Old Hot Pot flagship store is also worth tasting. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast variety is rich and complete, and the sleep is quiet and comfortable. After breakfast the next day, we walked to see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda again and drank Starbucks, and then reluctantly checked out and left Xi'an. Oh, by the way, the hotel parking lot is on the negative first floor, which is very convenient. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is really the best choice for Xi'an!

You can pick up Shaanxi specialty souvenirs or shadow puppet souvenirs at the front desk after check-out. Environment: Good, very close to the Tang Dynasty City, no noise. Facilities: There is a problem with the air conditioning. Is there no cold air conditioning after 8 o'clock in the morning? The room is very hot. The front desk was informed in advance, but the reason is unknown, probably because it is shared with the office building? Hygiene: Pass. Service: Good.

The rooms are all very large among similar hotels, and the space design is very attentive, so it feels very comfortable to stay! The location is also very good. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, and it is also convenient to get a taxi at the door! Downstairs is the authentic Shuipen Lamb, which is very convenient for dining! The front desk service attitude is also very good, and a small shadow play gift was given when checking out! The price is not expensive, it is worth recommending!

The view is very nice, you can take pictures of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, I will come again next time I come to Xi'an 😊 This stay was not a bad one, I will recommend it to my friends when I go back
