The staff, especially the lady who serves breakfast, is super friendly and always there to help. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want somewhere clean and quiet. Here's why: 1. **It's Kinda Dirty**: The cleaning isn't great. You'll find hair on the floor and beds. Every night my skin itches after sleeping for a while. I feel the bed is dirty. Oh, and I even saw a bug in the shower. 2. **Cold Showers**: Most of the time, there's barely any hot water. So, brace yourself for a chilly time after showering. 3. **Smells Bad**: The rooms stink like sewage. It's pretty gross. 4. **Super Noisy**: The walls are paper-thin. You'll hear everyone walking by and your neighbors as if they're in the same room. Not cool if you're a light sleeper. 5. **No Quilts**: And yeah, they don't even provide quilts. So, there's that.

No hot water, no kindness, no quilt on the bed, no English, several giant cockroaches in the room, I had my worst nightmare in this hotel and it just totally ruined the beginning of my vacation. There were more than 2 huge cockroaches during the night and I can hear them flying. So I didn’t slept and I couldn’t even go to pee because I was super scared of roaches. The staff when I checked in called Lavender and the night guard were very kind and genuine, although the night guard didn’t speak English but he was so kind, Lavender’s English was very good and passionate. But the girl when I checked out and the manager I talked on the phone was super arrogant. I’m genuinely telling you guys don’t booking this hotel.

The staff here made our stay SO special. I can’t say enough good things about them, and how they treated us. Hot water was an issue, but I don’t think that is something common there. Rooms are clean, and they even gave us and upgrade when they heard it was our anniversary. The pool area is a dream and there is water jugs for use on every floor. Great experience, can’t wait to go back and visit our new friends.

Location, location, location! Far enough from the action and close enough to the action. The staff is just amazing! However, hot water is not always available and there is always a smell coming from the pipe (welcome to Mexico!). There are no windows you cant open and leave it open. Bus stop to every where and Oxxo right on the corner.

The hotel itself is ok. I reserved the master suite. I had to change rooms due to my first room being on the second level and the street noise was incredible at all hours. The next room was on the same side of the building but on the fourth level. I could still hear the street noise but less overall. The staff is incredible and do everything they can to accommodate. If you're into great local food at great prices, this location is awesome. There's a fresh fruit market close by called the Mercado. There's a wonderful tortilleria one block over for fresh tortillas. Lots of great taco stands, a churro stand, all kinds of restaurants away from the crowds. But if you want touristy, that's also just a few blocks away. Maybe request a room away from the front of the building.

I wanted this hotel to be great. I wasn’t expecting perfection. The staff is overall good. Front desk, welcoming. Lady at breakfast, delightful. 3rd floor housekeeper…. Always smiling. I was on 2 nd floor…. She was not. I only used housekeeping 3 times in 11 nights. She made bed…. New towel. Etc. however… never appeared to be mopped or cleaned. Basic kitchen had one mug… no cups, glasses, etc. dirty silverware… no true pot. Stained frying pan. No way I would use them. Pool was ice cold…. But refreshing… until I noticed that the sides of the pool were covered in a black growing substance. Rubbed against it by accident and stained swimsuit. Lastly…. Was so noisy! I had a room with balcony (the balcony door didn’t open by the way) but the street noise and dogs barking were horrible. I tried to use black noise app at night, but it didn’t make a big difference. I understand the noise isn’t the hotels fault, but be aware!! This hotel has SO MUCH POTENTIAL…. It just needs to tighten up some things. Manager needs to point out flashes including cleaning rooms, pool, etc They could be a go to property. I hope they do it. Not sure I would choose to stay there again u til the basics are addressed.

It is the people who works here.Most especially the receptionist...Alfredo, he made me feel at home...very engaging and can express English fluently.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool deck is lovely, with a nice view of the mountains. The area is great with close access to restaurants, food/taco stands, markets, and the beach.

Perfect location to the beach and bars. Lovely staff. But the smart tv functions did not work at all. The tv was very small. I saw a pretty large bug come from out of the kitchen sink when i turned the water on. And there was always a smell the moment you walked into the hotel room. Construction was going on all morning. The windows were not insulated properly (there was space in between the window and where the sealing should be).
