這是一次讓人並不愉快的酒店體驗，甚至説，讓人沮喪的入住經歷。我之前通過攜程預訂酒店，在攜程APP上告知酒店，我需要更安靜的房間。系統顯示酒店接納了我的訴求。如果不接納，就明確告知我。等我到酒店以後，前台工作人員告訴我，我的房間在電梯口。倘若繳納69元的維也納會員費，就可以升房，以後通過維也納直接預訂酒店。我無奈。我知道這家酒店的小伎倆。我是攜程的鐵杆，我衹會在攜程上預訂酒店。我繳納了所謂的會員費。後期，我找他們經理溝通，這個會費在私下退給我了。假如我不是常住酒店的人，就容易被套路。
我入住的十天，是農曆春節期間。除夕夜以及大年初一，酒店對客人沒有任何的祝福和表示温情的舉動。我認為，這不是基層員工的問題。如果這家酒店的管理層熱愛員工，懂得關愛員工，那麼酒店也會珍惜每位客人的到來。我相信，維也納的這家潛山酒店，並不代表維也納的整體水準，但確實讓這個品牌減分了。這是我第一次住維也納，也是最後一次住維也納。
我不是來黑這家酒店，我也是老家的人。這家酒店並非一無是處，可以肯定的是，經過我的溝通，他們後期給我安排的房間，還是可以的。謝謝。

這次在安徽三地旅遊，所住賓館都很滿意。安慶和池州住開元名庭，在潛山住維也納潛山川鎏店。維也納潛山川鎏店給我留下深刻的印象，房間裏的設施齊全整潔，超過其他維也納酒店。尤其是前台的服務員非常熱情，主動介紹去天柱山旅遊的交通指引，我要重點表揚當天掛013標牌的小王，這姑娘很秀氣更和氣，説話有點急，很可愛。她先後兩次仔細地向我介紹去天柱山旅遊的交通和遊程安排，讓我深受感動，真有一種賓至如歸的感覺，在此向她表示謝意。當時想為她照個相，沒好意思提出來，有點遺憾。還有一位姑娘，是戴眼鏡的，當天早上出發時，在滴滴平台上要不到車，非常着急，是這位戴眼鏡的姑娘主動為我叫到了車，還説讓我放心坐，絕不會欺騙我。果然車上的司機是一位熱情誠實的師傅，把我們送到遊客中心後，關照我們慢慢遊注意安全，還説回程要車就打電話給他，他接我們回賓館。而且開出的價格也比平台上要便宜不少，真是一個好人。在此也要謝謝那位戴眼鏡的姑娘和那位駕駛員，因為有了你們的熱心服務，才讓我們開心地完成了遊程。總之，這次在攜程上預訂的四家賓館（第四家是湖州國際大酒店）都住得很稱心，以後有機會去這四地，還會入住這四家賓館。

每次出行維也納酒店一定是我的首選，這次入住更是讓我體驗感非常好。前台的小姐姐非常熱情友好，給人一種到家的感覺，房間乾淨整潔，尤其是衞生間晾衣服的架子給了我很大的方便，早餐很豐富，小籠包非常好吃，咬一口湯汁就流出來了，我很喜歡。

國慶期間去天柱山玩住的這家維也納，整體感覺還不錯，有免費的停車場，房間的衞生也特別乾淨，洗漱的時候順手擦了一下衞生間枱麪，真的是一塵不染，而且房間還準備了一次性馬桶坐墊，這個小細節必須點贊，浴室洗髮液使用效果也很好，洗完頭髮特別順滑，值得推薦的一家酒店，必須5分!
