酒店的前台服務人員是兩個帥哥，非常樸實服務很好，很貼心，看我們有孩子還幫升級了房間，主動推薦了周邊吃飯的地方。門口停車也很方便，旅遊到祁連的小夥伴，推薦！

酒店就在卓爾山腳下，自有很大一個獨立院子，停車方便。酒店房間寬敞，洗手間乾濕分離，沖涼熱水熱水充足、水壓大。早餐也不錯，牛奶雞蛋果汁稀飯饅頭熱菜涼菜水果都有。

差評，原因1、預訂的大床房，到店了不經過同意換成1樓的親子間，鏡子還正對着床；原因2、門鎖有問題，鎖不住，當時到店已經凌晨，懶得換，早上8點工作人員在我們睡覺的時候直接推門而入，瞬間驚醒，非常非常討厭這一點，其他還有諸如位置偏遠，房間小等原因就不贅述了，差評無疑，建議不要預訂

最滿意的一次住宿，房間特別乾淨，離卓爾山很近，周邊吃飯的地方特別多，在縣中心，周邊購物都很方便，小縣城空氣特別好，前台特別熱情，服務超級好，很滿意的一次旅行😇😇

這是我第一次給酒店差評！一直秉承着對待不同的地區，不同的價位的酒店，與之相匹配就可以了，不要苛求！但這一次是實在是難忍了。
第一，晚上八點過突然停電了，也沒有工作人員出來哪怕解釋一句，酒店前台一個人也沒有，找不到人，不知道怎麼回事？會停電多久？結果停電一個小時，周圍酒店都燈火通明！
第二，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，很考驗人啊！本來知道是電熱水器儲水有限，前面都洗得很快，結果後面的人洗還是冷水了，又等了熱水器加熱一個小時才能洗澡，洗完澡已經晚上11點了。
第三，電吹風也是憑心情工作，每次衹能吹1-2分鐘就停機了，冷着頭等電吹風。
第四，酒店位置比較偏僻，在縣城邊上，出去吃飯的話會走很長一段路！
第五，早上六點過，廣場舞一般的大喇叭就震徹樓層，也沒人出來管。
第六，床頭櫃上的抽紙盒是空的，房間裏沒有提供瓶裝水，馬桶緊靠着洗浴隔斷的玻璃門，上厠所你會像面壁思過，但是這些小事情都可以忽略。
總體來説，硬件一般，位置較偏，管理和服務極差！

該酒店位於祁連縣中心，擁有大型停車場。總枱帥哥熱情禮貌，有求必應。客房寬敞明亮，推窗見景，能看到部分雪山。床上用品潔凈，床墊舒適。衹是衞生間沐浴區無排水，請加以改進。

酒店位置就在五礦國貿飯店前面，有個大院子好停車，離卓爾山景區很近。離祁連縣城也近。房間很乾凈，空間也大，前台小哥哥很熱情 還耐心給我們介紹路線。很滿意住的很舒服。

店內環境好，尤其是老闆特別熱情，而且老闆推薦對面清真飯店味道一級棒，而且他們家有火鍋，有炒菜，想吃什麼根本不用跑其他地方，總之特別贊👍🏻
