What an absolutely fantastic hotel experience! The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was soft and pristine, the room was completely odor-free, and even the air conditioning vents were spotless. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure and a consistent temperature, and there was a great variety of TV channels. The staff were incredibly professional and polite; they spoke softly and always knocked before entering to clean, showing tremendous respect for guests. Absolutely wonderful!

The room was very clean. The staff started to receive us warmly from the moment we entered the hotel. It really felt like a superior person. Before we went there, my husband was worried about the bad reviews of this hotel. But after we went there, we found it to be very good. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Qingdao. It is very suitable to spend a small amount of money to get a big room. But what I don’t like is that there were a lot of people when we checked in. We waited for a while. The lobby was still quite hot at that time. I hope they can turn on the air conditioner. Then there are more staff to check in. The two of them were busy like a top, making a lot of us wait. The little girl and the boy who were about the same age as my child were always busy. Seeing the motherly love burst out, the little girl was inexplicably scolded by a man. There are still so many people with no quality now. Later, the little girl added our WeChat and served us very attentively. For a few hundred yuan, we felt like we were in St. Regis. I like the Zennie girl so much! The service attitude is really great !
