房間地板上和洗漱台上有水漬，空調也是壞的，開到30度半夜還是凍醒，太噁心了就沒拍照。房間床邊的櫃枱設計不合理，容易碰到頭，床品質量一般，睡着身上會癢癢。第一晚夜裡兩位前台小姐姐的服務還可以，給免費升了房，還多送了四瓶水，但是第二天我九點去洗羽絨服，並且做好了標簽，十點洗完，竟然下午一點才給放到烘乾機，問前台，前台木訥木訥的，感覺聽不進去人話，也沒有給出來解決辦法，讓我在冬天穿着一件內搭就退房了，難評，直到現在也沒人和我聯繫。這家全季給人一種草台班子的感覺，從前台到房間全都爛透了，絕對不會再來了。

非常好的酒店，有免費停車場，前台服務好的沒的説，熱情效率高，有求必應，辦完入住還跟我們説，房間有需求打前台電話，特別貼心，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，採光特別好，床品特別舒服，柔軟的床墊，乾淨的床單和被褥，早餐豐盛可口，營養均衡，特別好吃，這家酒店我會推薦給朋友。
