老闆娘美麗大方，善良熱情，有求必應！
房子位置非常好，距離景點非常近，樓下就是公交站，出租車網約車也非常多！門市超市、早餐一應俱全，樓層六部電梯暢通無阻！海景房視野無敵，屋內空間特別寬敞，生活用品齊全豐富！

近海邊的民宿，住的特惠雙大床，感覺房間有點受潮，床還是乾淨的，空間足夠，兩棟樓估計很多民宿集合體，這家民宿一樣沒前台，老闆用心服務了，但不太喜歡衞生間乾濕不分的狀況。出門靠滴滴，在啤酒節的旺季 這房算性價比尚可的

從上一家民宿退訂後，攜程幫我找到了這家民宿，位置優越，離棧橋，聖彌爾教堂，海軍博物館等有名景點都很近，打車費10元左右，房間乾淨整潔，房東真的太好了，有求必應。沖房東下次來青島還住在這裏。

住了兩天，讓換一下床單沒給換，衞生打掃的也很敷衍，兩天的價格還相差200同樣的房間，很奇怪的
