Jaz Crystal Resort, Almaza Bay

My experience here is great. Rooms are very clean, not only the rooms all property is very very clean. Pool is great and also very clean, beach is beautiful. Beach bar is amazing and staff there are very friendly. Now i have a little complain. The main restaurant is ok,food is delicious BUT you can only eat there or at the pool (pizza, salads or sandwiches) . This is the only 5 star hotel (so far) I've been in that doesn't allow you to use ala carte restaurants if you don't pay for them. It is not too pricey but for this hotel standard I think they can allow you only just once at stay to use that restaurant, i think it would be ok depending on that how much you pay to stay here. Everything else is absolutely wonderful, just keep it that way.

There is a very friendly staff in this hotel, perfect services, brilliant sea and hotel area. There are two bar outside (one by the pool, one by the sea). This JAZ Crystal hotel seems the best of others here. Food was also tasty and there was nice seafood from the gril. The pastry was amazing, arabic style. Europian style of alcohol.

The resort is soo amazing 🥰 and staff being so friendly and helpful , I actually had some issues with internet but the mis Doha (the guest relation ) helped me very well ☺️❤️ And it's not gonna be our last visit to the Bay , because everything was just perfect and exactly how we wanted it to be 🥰

The beach is the best ever Food is tasty chiefs are clevers and all around you in buffet The guys in bars and restaurants are helpful and friendly The girls who are all around you in the pool and restaurant Are very nice and smilly So now after this trial is will come back 😊😊

Everything is perfect , Food is very delicious, room clean, service perfect… Miss Reem is very nice 🤩 Beach is wonderful, white sand and turqoise sea ♥️🌊. I recommended zhôd hotel to everyone. I will come again. I Love this hotel ♥️ Thank you very much

Very calm and relaxing long weekend, the time is perfect for relaxing as the high season has not officially started yet (first half of June). I would definitely come again. Room: Big enough & cozy room. Feels like home. Service: Room service/house keeping is very good, everything we asked for was done for us. Beach: The beach is beautiful and wide, cool water and hot sun and very clean and soft sands.. Calm vibes overall, no loud music. (beach towels are available in the room and you get new ones everyday). Food: The breakfast buffet was yummy and had various options. We loved how you can walk between the 3 hotels at night.. We tried the Lebanese restaurant Sufra and and the sea food restaurant Corallo, both were very good. (reservations should be made beforehand). Would like to thank all staff for being kind and super welcoming, and special thanks to Enjy who made our stay lovely and was generous with us. We loved the handmade souvenir alot!

Great experience! Beach was super and well organized. also the three pools were very nice. We enjoyed the kids pool where kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very nice and able to manage all requests we had. Rooms are comfortable and clean with a great daily service. Great choice of food with very good quality. We’ll be back soon. Congrats!
