The room still has hair in various places.
Found 3 clumps 🥲
The room smells bad.
The shared bathroom is clean and has a hair dryer.
The kitchen and common area are okay.
But there are no plates. You have to bring your own paper plates.
What I'm really happy about is that there are Type C and USD charging ports.

The room type with attached kitchen has a microwave, induction cooker, toaster, refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware and dishes; this room type also has a clothes drying rack. The front desk staff was super friendly and introduced us to nearby attractions, parking lots, and how to take the bus to and from the city center.

It's a very cramped house. If you order the wrong room for two nights, you can't cancel even one night. It's not comfortable to take a bath or even sleep. It's seriously not worth it!

Highlight stay of our roadie! Very clean & immaculate grounds & facilities. Arrived & were promptly checked in, a complimentary plunge tub as well. Great shuttle service free of charge to & from Queenstown ( hourly I believe). Stayed in a cabin which was super cute. Double bed & bunks. Small table & 2 chairs. Fantastic heat pumps in room & electric blankets on the beds. Showers / toilets across from cabin with large spacious wet floor showers, bench seating which was appreciate due to difficulties with an injury making showering & dressing on a road trip tricky. Well heated. Only critique would be, paving or pathways needs adding in newly grassed area where everyone naturally wants to walk quickly to bathrooms .Especially when raining. Maybe add a kettle to the room as well ? Wandered to kitchen / lounge area, though only filled a thermos. Large, clean & loads of space. A small deck at the front of the cabin with a pair of awesome cape cod chairs to park yourself in rugged up & enjoy the sunrise over the snowy tipped mountains right in front of you ! Friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great location .Zero regrets , will definitely stay again in a heartbeat when heading that way next.

Won't be staying anywhere else when I visit Queenstown from now on. Great location, easy to travel in to Queenstown and back, lovely, clean and modern accommodation
