I booked 3 rooms for two nights and I had the worst experience at this hotel...We had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. As vegetarians, we were horrified to find a chicken feather in our soup. It completely ruined our meal and left us feeling disgusted. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They didn’t even apologize....they insisted on charging us for the meal, even though it was inedible due to the mistake. On top of that, they tried to charge us for "extra services" . This hotel is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely insensitive. Avoid at all costs!

My stay at the westend hotel was very good since it is surrounded by nature. They just need to improve on the service response time & on the taste of the food which is being served. Not many options for non-veg food. Rest everything was good.

First of all there is no parking available for this hotel It's costed me additional 100- to reach hotel. The location of hotel is more further from last stop so additional half an hour walk. The room has few issues like fan was dirty like it wasn't cleaned for a year or so. Ac was not working properly. Mini refrigerators door was broken. Tv quality is really poor, so overall room was not upto the mark.

Property is awesome, rooms are also nice, very well maintained and service is also good. Only 10 mins walk from matheran railway station. Food is also good. Worth every penny.
