The place was absolutely a treasure - one could not build anything like this without being a bit grazy or at least have the passion to build sonething unique and be ready to tackle all the hurdles that must lie on the way when building anything like this. First of all the building is an old school transferred from several hundred kilometres away. It has been rebuilt and refurbished with great taste to create a beautiful B&B and lunch restaurant. The rooms not only looked nice, but they were comfortable too. Also the surroundings was nice and peaceful: they have dogs, sheep, hens (and a rooster which luckily is not waking early). Next to Harmän Rati there is a horse farm (riding) and a short one kilometre walk to a nice park. The passion shows even better in the restaurant. They combine traditional food to organic ingredients (all except for fish is organic - and the sole reason for fish not being that is the lack of certified organic fish) and modern innovation. We really enjoyed the lunch - I would never have guessed that I would love pickeked turnip (swede)... The only thing to improve is that after the lunch the breakfast was a bit of a disappoin**ent - far too plain for this place and clearly below average of Bed & Breakfast places that we have visited - we try to choose the best ones though (and this was one of the very best - I do recommend this!)
