Divided into good proportions, but on the 8th floor the water is not very strong. And the refrigerator is not cold, but the room is very good, wide, complete with equipment. Go when there are few people and the bar below is 10/10. Cleanliness is okay. The swimming pool is wide and good. Overall, good. 10/10. If the room smells a little more, it's very good.

The environment is good, the service is good, the only thing is that there is a door connecting the rooms, and the sound of the next door playing with the phone can be heard and the light through the door can be seen. It's scary to think about it. The sound insulation is too poor

Good location, easy to find, in the city center, close to the food market, clean, new accommodations, booked the Standard type, but the school should improve and plan management better than this. In the matter of having customers wait to check in, arriving at the hotel at 1:45 p.m., the staff told them to wait for the room for 20 minutes. The room was not ready yet and they would call to inform them when finished. I understand that I went before check-in time, but the end result was sitting and waiting for 1 and a half hours. A staff member called to inform me to pick up a keycard to enter the room at the front, which required me to stand in line with customers waiting to check in. The staff did not provide a service for separating the lines of customers. By the time we were able to enter the room, it was almost 4:00 p.m., very slow. When there were customers who were frantic about talking to the school manager, he quickly arranged for that group to board, which was very bad. As for us, we had to wait in line. I just feel separated since I serve customers who are members of a good school, but people who reserve through the agent app don't care at all. You should go back and do service training again. In conclusion, the experience of staying here is bad.
