A prime location if you want to stay near the airport, there’s complimentary shuttle service as well. The interior decor may now be a bit outdated.

All staff and service is good, location good, beside have shopping mall.

Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

The location is great at skytrain station, however because of this there may be some noise during the night. Shuttle bus working to the airport properly with frequent schedule. Overall good.

I was picked by the shuttle and taken to the wrong branch and it took more than an hour before I was taken o he right place.

The room is not what I expected. We booked a penthouse suite and I’m expecting a bigger room. But it is conveniently located near several malls. Dining isn’t a problem since there are so many restaurants to choose from within the proximity of the hotel. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the hotel just make sure to book it with the reception desk earlier. And it takes 10-15 minutes drive to YVR airport.

The hotel is at a location so convenient for shopping and food. We stayed at this hotel every time we went to Richmond. This time it feels the room is more cleaner than the times we traveled during the pandemic. The check in agent was nice to accommodate request to get us a room at higher floor.

Nice airport hotel at a convenient location. Looks line it has been recently refurbished. This is our second stay at this hotel. Yaohan department store, Aberdeen Mall and another are a stones throw away. Food courts at malls have a good selection of Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices. Formal chinese restaurant in the same building complex as the hotel. There are also many standalone restaurants around the hotel.

Th location is great if you are there for Asian food. There are lots of restaurants around the area. Service is good. Staffs are polite. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating for service is because I had to tell the front tax twice to remove the parking charge. The room is clean. There was a piece of garbage on the floor but not a big deal.

The hotel was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean and the heater worked well. However the TV didn’t work (unsure if it was a problem with the remote or the TV itself). When I arrived to the hotel, it was about 7pm, and there was nobody to help me bring my luggages to my room. Overall the trip was pleasant and I had a good stay.

The hotel is near the metro area and bus stops are nearby. My family leisurely walked between 5 to 15 minutes for different types of foods: HK cuisine, bakery stores, and dessert. The hotel staffs are friendly to their customers. We booked this hotel because of providing free shuttle services to airport. The facilities are clean. All in all, we will recommend this hotel to our family members and friends.

The location is excellent

Experience was ok! Was disappointed that the pool for my kids was “Closed”! Had I known, would’ve went elsewhere! One of the two Elevators was also “Out of Service”. Had to wait for the same elevator to come back around to get on! Light switch for the light in our room was not working and neither was the lamp/outlet for both lamps! Also the bathroom fan/ventilation wasn’t working either! Probably won’t stay here again. Too May issues which I didn’t address to them!
