The hotel has partnered with another entity and as a result has zero amenities. In a suite with a stove and refrigerator, there are no utensils, no coffee maker, no dishes. If you want dishes it is a $30 charge. There are a few threadbare towels. If you want an extra you need to sign up for their service for $2 a day. The bed has three pillows, no extras, no extra blankets. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby. You have to take out your own trash to the back dumpster which was overflowing. We had a pet and the pet waste recepticle was overflowing and had not been emptied for several days. The hotel observes "office hours" which means there are no staff present after 10 PM to 7 or 8. The person at the desk gave us 3 keys and said keep one you know works in your car at all times because after 10 pm you can't get in if there is a problem with a key.
If you are looking for fairly cheap ($86 a night plus 25 a night for pet) the room was okay, the bed was clean, the tv small but working, the hotel generally quiet, though you could hear people, doors shutting, etc.
I would not stay there again. The one interection with the staff at checkin was fine. She was pleasant and went out of her way to inform me of all the changes. I don't fault her but this is the opposite of hospitality.
