Hyatt House Sacramento Airport North Natomas

This hotel have very big room and clean and it’s right next to the airport but still have no sound

It was extremely hot in our room, we had no soap, the AC wasn’t working, the desk and surfaces were very dirty, I called front desk and they put me on hold for 27 minutes. My husband and I called down several times. The front staff was very rude, the television wasn’t working!! What a huge disappointment, we will never stay here again!! And we will never refer this place to our friends and family ever!

Well, it was my first experience with Hyatt House. What a very pleasant surprise. Facility is very nice, ultra clean and situated nicely for my business trip. I got in early and had to pay an additional $35 to check in early...WHAT????? The room was just sitting there so...what the hey???? I was so dry from having taken an early flight to get there, and no offer of complimentry bottle of water. How much could that cost? $.50? Then when I checked out at 3:05 am to catch a early flight home...desk clerk couldn't give me a printed summary of my stay. Some long explanation about the system having to regenerate or something or other. Still, I would definitely stay here again (next year) for my annual trip to this area (just hope my feedback helps!) Oh! There was a FREE coffee bar (that didn't have enough creamers available). I was glad to have something to drink until I could get to a nearby store to buy water.

The hotel is immaculate. Very modern and fresh. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will stay here again.

The staff was nice but checkin a bit slow. The price is quite high at $230 per night is my main issue

Easy check in process, I had ask the staff member if I can leave my husband info with them so he able to get a key since we’re checking in at different time. They said no problem, and took his info down. Later on that night around 11pm he get in and they won’t let him have a key. They said his name is not listed. They won’t let him to the room. He had to wake me up and I had to come get him. Annoying. They “had” breakfast. Woke up to get some coffee but had to wait 20 mins bc everything was empty. This was at 7:30am and everything was gone. Smh

Convenient hotel for access to the airport. Next time I would choose a hotel downtown to have more things to do within walking distance during my stay.

By far the worst Hyatt! Worst service! When I went downstairs to report that there was no refrigerator, there were four other people down there upset with various issues. When we moved to a second room, because the first room had not been cleaned, and there was no refrigerator, I asked him to please make sure the second room was clean. They had not vacuumed. There was even a sock left over from a previous guest. Disgusting.
