Rooms a bit tired and in need of decoration - minimal tea/coffee - we had a room for 3 and it was pot luck if it was renewed daily or indeed it the right number of paper cups were there. Similarly with towel replacement. However, great views from the rooms of the town / bridge / mountains (we had 3 rooms) and the staff were all lovely and could not do enough for us on Templars Weeknd - including finding the English football to watch on the main screen. Also great location and a car park Would go again but it could do with some upgrading

Hotel is located in the centre of Millau and has a secure car park for cars and motorcycles, there is a charge for using the car park. The Mecure and the Ibis share the same building and staff, the first 4 floors are Ibis and the reaming floors are Mecure. Unfortunatley, although the Mecure rooms have been given a facelift you can still clearly see that they were Ibis rooms before. The Mercure has it own breakfast room and does provide a nice breakfast with plenty of choice and good quality products.

Nice place and nice people. We consider this hotel very well located and the information given by the staff to visit the city. Usually for us it's a stop over during our trip from Paris to South of France. The room we booked facing the viaduc was great

Service really bad and poor NO, restaurant available, seems like Ibis and Mercure has same price. Room carpet dirty and old. I didn't like the experience in that hotel at all. Terrible! Car park not included have to pay more , feel like i didn't got any service from this hotel

Très déçus Nous avons fait confiance à l’enseigne ce que nous n’aurions pas dû faire La chambre a été refaite à l’économie La salle de bain avec le même revêtement pour le lavabo que les hôtels Ibis budget La douche qui n’a pas de pression Seule la vue depuis le balcon était agréable À l’epoque des téléphones portables il n’y avait meme pas de prises près des tables de nuit Le Ibis budget est dans le même bâtiment que le Mercure et le comble c’est que tout le monde prend le même petit dejeuner dans la même salle mais pas au même prix Nous avons payé 4€ de plus que ceux du ibis budget On se fait prendre pour des pigeons Quand on a fait une réclamation on nous a répondu que « c’est pour ne pas gaspiller » !!!??? mais on nous a surtout pas proposé de nous rembourser la différence !!! Le directeur , assis dans le salon de l’accueil , s’est mêlé à la conversation au bout de 10 mn sans même se présenter (il semblait être un client) Loin de s’excuser ou de chercher une solution à notre mécontentement il nous informe que ce jour là il ne travaille pas Le comble !! Bref a surtout éviter

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre avec des chambres donnant sur un panorama magnifique avec le viaduc de millau en fond. L accueil est charmant, et nos amis les chiens sont les bienvenus avec un petit cadeau

Ce Mercure a été rénové et les chambres sont cosy et plutôt bien agencées. Il est situé en plein centre avec parking fermé juste à côté. Le personnel est très agréable et compétent. Il n’y a pas de restaurant mais possibilité d’encas. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Je n'aime pas trop les hôtels en centre ville, car c'est toujours un problème pour accéder, se garer etc...mais là cela s'est bien passé. Heureusement, nous avions reservé à la dernière minute sur le site ACCOR et nous avons eu un prix correct (environ 180 EUR), visiblement plus bas que le prix pratiqué ce soir là par l'établissement...Accueil très sympatique. Bonnes informations sur les restaurants alentours. Chambre correcte pour un hotel Français. Bien propre. Lits au confort correct mais sans plus. . MANQUE UN COFFRE-FORT (je croyais celà obligatoire dans un 4* ?). ANSENCE DE PRISES DE COURANT des deux côtés du lit. Point fort: EXCELLENT PETIT DEJEUNER avec oranges pressées, Café NESPRESSO et très bon choix de produits. Oeufs Plein Air.
