The evening meal, a killing still innocent quantity and quality ... All is available on site for friendly toys. No bad surprise compared to what is announced during the booking. "I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Millau and, unfortunately, found the experience to be far below expectations—especially for a hotel carrying the Mercure name. The bedroom was in a shabby and tired state, with dated furnishings and a general feeling of neglect. In-room facilities were extremely limited, lacking the basic comforts one would expect even from a mid-range hotel. Most concerning was the non-functioning air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably warm and virtually unbearable during the night. Customer service was another disappointment. Staff were largely indifferent, offering little assistance or concern when issues were raised. The reception area, if you can call it that, is simply a small café table—hardly the professional first impression one would expect. It gave the distinct impression of a hotel that is neither well-managed nor particularly welcoming. Despite submitting a formal complaint about these issues, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This lack of accountability only reinforces the poor impression left by my stay. I would advise future travellers to look elsewhere until this property addresses these fundamental shortcomings. Sadly, it does not reflect the standards typically associated with the Mercure brand."

"We stayed in this atmospheric hotel for four nights. The owners are extraordinarily kind & welcoming, they care about their visitors' comfort & were helpful with everything. They also gave great tips on local food & services, Their own restaurant was also briliant with it's Nordic cuisine & they were happy to offer gluten free options. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast they offered had a variety of foods & was filling ☺️ Location was great, close to the city center but not too noisy, there're free parking spots close by! Had an excellent stay overall & would recommend hole heartedly 💙🤍❤️"
