Hotel facilities are nice and clean. Food is superb. My low rating has to do with customer service. My trip was scheduled 28 Feb to 6 March 2024. On the evening of 4 March, I informed the front desk that I would be checking out on the 5th at 0130 vice the 6th. My business was finished. At 0130 on the 5th, I checked out and took an Uber to the airport for my flight to Doha. I bought all was good. The e-receipt showed that I was charged for the night of the 5th despite clearly informing the hotel of my early departure. I have Uber, airline, and food receipts indicating my departure at 0130 on the 5th. I called the hotel and asked that they refund my card for the night I didn’t stay (5 March) and I was told it is policy to charge guests for the entire stay as originally scheduled. Strange, never heard that before and this differs from their advertised check out policy. So I called Hilton and asked for their help. In the end, Hilton customer service stated that the hotel refuses to refund me for the night I didn’t stay because I didn't checkout on the 5th as I did. They stated I checked out on the 6th. Further, the Hilton customer service person stated that the hotel believes I am lying by stating I left on the 5th. Insane experience. I spend around 120-150 nights a year in hotels. Never ever will I stay here again. I caution you the same. So disappointed but to be assumed a liar when I have receipts to prove otherwise is just nuts. Why not review the hotel cameras……..Despicable customer service
