Very friendly and helpfull personnal, clean rooms, good choice of meals for dinner and breakfast table although no fridge in the rooms (would have been nice with the hot weather), safe at the reception

Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist serviceorientiert und bietet Anreisenden am Wochenende eine warme Küche auch in den Nachmittagsstunden an, toll. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, für jeden Geschmack ist was dabei. Die Speisen waren frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten, die Auswahl ist riesig, sehr gute Qualität. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad ist modern eingerichtet, ein kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit gehörte ebenfalls dazu. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Rahmen einer Tagung übernachteten wir 2 Tage im Hotel. Der erste Anblick machte den Eindruck bei einer Rehaklinik angekommen zu sein. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr großzügig. Neben eines TV-Gerätes hatte man auch ein Tablet zur Verfügung. Das findet man nicht überall. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen beispielhaft aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Zimmerpersonal war extrem fleißig und sehr, sehr nett. Wohlfühlen war nicht schwierig. 90er Charme war da nicht mehr schlimm!

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier auf unserer Fahrradreise. Sehr freundliches Personal egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Leider waren die Kopfkissen schlecht. Wir hatten sogar noch ein zusätzliches an der Rezeption geholt, dies war aber das letzte verfügbare, sodass einer von uns die Nacht auf einem schlechten Kissen verbringen musste. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Die Lage recht weit von der Mitte von Röbel entfernt. Da sollte man schon ein Auto oder Fahrrad dabei haben, wenn man abends nochmal in die Stadt möchte.
