Tru by Hilton Rock Hill

Hotel was clean.. staff was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a bad choice at all. Also their clean.. very clean. Breakfast is also a plus. Overall 10/10 rating I give this property and any other tru Hilton location I have stayed at

The manager is awesome! He’s friendly and very attentive. He makes you want to come back.

This hotel was very nice the only thing that was disappointing was how small the room was with a double bed. Didn’t leave much space to walk around.

Every part of the staff were so nice and kind!! The property was super clean inside and out!! Definitely will use again!!

I love this hotel. Comfortable rooms with the best shower ever. Great location with everything you need. Choice of nice restaurants. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. It is worth paying a little more compare to the competition for the little extras they give you. Free Lavazza Italian coffee or tea. Fruit is also available free of charge. They really try to make the client feel at home as much as possible. Although pet fees are high at $50.00 instead of $20-25 at other chains of hotels.

great place to stay, great bed, room is just what you need, I liked that it is not carpeted, bath room was clean and well stocked. Has a walk in shower which is perfect and much more safer & user friendly than a tub shower. Highly recommend Tru Hotels, we stayed in them before and have always been happy with the stay. We have stayed in several other hotels in this area and this is the best of them.

The only complaint we have is the shower. Pressure was hard and felt like you were being pelted with water. The breakfast was the best I have ever had for a free breakfast. Staff was super nice. Not a lot of noise after 10 pm which is great since we traveled with a one year old.

So clean! Always friendly staff. Quiet. Everything you could need.
