Eveything was perfect what we were expecting for one night stay. Next time would be more stay for sure

The first day when I check in they gave me the room which face to the back of the building with the very dirty pipes and somebody bathroom window. It's a dark room with a sad feeling which I paid £336 for 2 mights. When I booked the hotel it didn't say anything from the website that you are facing somebody toilet and the pipes. If I knew it, I won't pay that much for this kind of room definitely!!!!! I asked for a change but they just as usual, said that nothing available. I was angry, for the money I spent, I believe I should have a decent room. After one night I really can't stand, so I called trip.com. they contacted the hotel and right away they let me change to a decent room. See the photos of both bedrooms. I'm appreciated of the service from the trip.com. Only one bin in the bathroom, no bin in the living room. Breakfast is very basic.

Very near to Roma Termini Station and a few main tourist spots, we walked most of the time without using any public transports. It also gave us the opportunity to explore the city by walking, which was great!

Great location. Just five minutes walk to the train station. The room is a bit small but with all necessary facilities.

I need to extend the stay. Early check out & late check in procedures of different rooms was so smoothly done. Also, the staff recognized me even though I didn't see them before. The staffs are all kind and supportive .

You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Everything is broken in this hotel, wifi is broken, electronic door locks across the whole hotel were broken, staff were extremely rude to Asians, served food that turned bad for breakfast. Door is not 24h accessible cause night duty receptionist is either sleeping at the back, or smoking somewhere far from the hotel. Was stuck outside in the cold for 30mins, finally managed to wake him up, and wasn’t informed that all electronic doors locks were broken. Went up, came back down, asked for rectification, was handed the wrong key, went up and came back down again and was finally given the right key. No apologies and all this happened at 3am in the morning. Next day, was in a meeting at the lobby at 4am, saw a girl locked outside cause receptionist was sleeping again, I opened the door for her. He woke up and told me to close the door instead of coming out and closing it himself. No bedroom slippers when the floor is extremely cold in winter, no hair dryer, housekeeping does not clean your room, they come in, tidy up your bedsheets, and leave all rubbish in its place. After reading all the reviews about missing valuables, it made me wonder what would have happened had I not been diligent I locking up my valuables.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is not far from the train station, about 10 minutes away, and easy to find, but far from the main attractions. The room is a bit small, but overall clean. The air conditioning engine is very noisy at night, which slightly affects sleep.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was close to Interlaken West, so it was very accessible. It was easy to get to Interlaken Ost with the public transportation ticket provided by the accommodation. The view from the balcony in the morning was also fantastic.

I was a little worried about the lack of trash cans and slippers, but the breakfast was delicious and it was a pretty good hotel. The location is also great.

3500 per night, not even a bottle of water. There was also dirt on the new quilt. Breakfast is the worst I've ever had. The location is very good, that's the only advantage

The overall hotel facilities are good, with complete facilities and good staff attitude... But the only regret is... When communicating with the front desk staff, I left the iFLYTEK translation machine there, and I was not communicating with anyone at the time, and ended up not returning home first... This is the only hotel where I lost something during my 20-day trip to Rome!

We booked a three-bed room, but we were given a twin-bed room. After repeated communication, we were told that there were no rooms available.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family of 4. Although the hotel is small, the front desk staff are very friendly and nice. The interior was beautiful and especially the water area was comfortable with the latest shower. The location is also great and I would like to use it again.
