Travelodge Rugeley

Great value, clean, friendly staff. Room was tidy & clean but bed was a bit hard for me. Door did not fit ggd frames very well & could do with a coat of paint.

For the price I paid the room was incredible. The beds were very comfortable, each of my children had a full size single and slept so well! The shower pressure was perfect. Only recommendation is a chain on the door because my children were able to open the door

An excellent experience...we had a family party and couldn't put everyone up...all those staying said the rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds and the staff went out of their way to help.Thank you...will do the same next time.

Stayed on 12-04-24. Check in was smooth, receptionist was polite and friendly, she couldn’t do enough to help me. Room was clean, shower was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. What else could I ask for.. Thank you. I will definitely use your hotel again and recommend others try this heavenly oasis

Second time in a space of a month I came here, cant fault a thing... receptionist ladies always welcomeing, always up for a good laugh (especially Jo! - told you I would write this haha!!) Room massive but advertised as a family so no big deal for me, very close to the town centre, bus station, Burger King, Petrol Station and even a pub grub!

wouldn't recommend this Travel lodge. Needs gutting and refurb if they are charging £150 for 2 nights on reflection could have got a very nice Air B & B for less money. Never worth the money they are asking per room for 1 person. Shabby and not chic.

Top staff, always helpful. Libby is always friendly, uber friendly - any problem, no matter how small, she goes out of her way to help. Stopped here many time, great little town in beautiful countryside. Lots of place to dine in, be it Italian food, Indian food or a simple takeout. Would recommend the town to anyone travelling and/or exploring. Staffordshire has plenty to offer, but as I was working whilst here, I didn’t get out much to see much… the odd golf course, shopping and obviously dining out. The Travelodge is basic but clean, well situated in easy walk of a watering hole or restaurant. Good parking, attentive staff, great places to go, with great connections by rail.

My stay was lovely and libby was really helpful and polite and helped me with tea and coffee would recommend here and would stay here again everythibg is really close food and pub wise the beds and pillows are comfy and my room was spotlessly clean

Overall a good stay, however it could of been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Comfy bed and tv doesn't pull out, so a little weird viewing it form a longer distance and the screens not that large. The bed was comfy and clean sheets.
