We had room 405, where to start? The yellowish and stained shower curtain? The 3 cockroaches in the bathtub? The water that stagnates in the sink even after 40 minutes? The dirty fan? The handle of the French window that is held with 1 screw ready to fall? Or the shower jet that goes in all directions? We asked for a new room and showed the photos of cockroaches to the concierge, he did not even react and gave us a new room, it is very doubtful. In short, the hotel is suitable for troubleshooting and even then... The only advantage of this hotel: located 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for getting away from cockroaches.

Let's start with the fact that when you arrive you enter this "hotel" and there is NO ONE, everything abandoned to itself, NO indication of where to check in, so much so that my partner and I wander around to understand, luckily we met a guy who told us that they check in at the hotel next door, the Playa Banca. We enter, we check in, they give us the keys and finally we manage to go to the room.... while we go up we come across the paintings (crooked and broken) with the photos of the legendary and not very egocentric owner of the hotel, on each floor there will be 15/20 paintings... bah... we arrive at the door of the room, on the third floor, we open it and... et voilà, 400 degrees of welcome (we are in 2023, non-existent air conditioning), only 2 power sockets, uncomfortable bed that makes absurd noises at every slightest movement, a terrace that not even a prison has, the bars divide one terrace from the other but privacy 0 you could see everything the neighbors were doing, the bathroom then... a total DISGUST, strange stains on the toilet seat and on the seat, shower curtain that not even in the 80s in Rimini (even the tiles in the room oh my...) and then there is her, the legendary shower from which getting water out is a feat, and, when it comes out, it's just BOILING, consider that in the room it's 400 degrees, outside 50... you would like some fresh water, instead... After 3 hellish days, even at night the room temperature doesn't go below 35/40 degrees, we ask to change rooms especially to be able to wash... we get an "upgrade" and they move us to the first floor, the room is a millionth better than the other but at least a little more water comes out of the shower and it has a fake parquet that is too funny in addition to a photo of an oasis and palm trees behind the bed! Last 2 notes breakfast and swimming pool, breakfast is, in my opinion, indecent, fruit taken out of jars, cold cuts from a tray, ridiculous fruit juices and then their majesty the Brioches, I ate half and the other half remained stuck to the pan, just use baking paper....BAKING PAPER, it's not difficult!!!! The pool: Ridiculous deckchairs and umbrellas, everything broken, poolside neglected and dirty!!! Avoid this place like the plague...it's not a hotel but a toilet
