因為這家酒店我並沒有入住，所以我並不知道他的衞生，環境，設施好不好，所以我給中性的評價 3 分。
但是服務我是不滿意，這裡是一個小城市，我在前一站到這裏原計劃是開車 3 個小時過來，但是因為我在前一站發燒了，考慮到安全，我沒法開車，也沒有其他公共交通可以幫助我，我提前通過攜程和酒店溝通，酒店堅持要求全額扣款。當然從合同的角度這樣做是沒問題的，我也沒再説更多！但是從服務的角度，我無法認同全額扣款，類似情況我也碰到過，大部分酒店處理會更加靈活，可以協商，作為酒店服務業，站在客人角度是核心！
