Excellent e-mail communication for the booking. Warm welcome on arrival, rooms clean comfortable, nicely decorated as shown in the hotel photographs/ literature. Well stocked with tea/ coffee in room, good amount of drawers/storage. Car parking to the front of hotel. Nice walk along the old tramway into the heart of Stratford. Excellent choices for breakfast, beautifully cooked good sized portions. Stayed for 2 night, had a superior and a deluxe room, no complaints at all….would recommend for a break in Stratford.

A lovely b&b. It was Very clean and great breakfast. Very close to the town centre and other amenities. Would highly recommend Room was lovely and comfortable, shower was lovely and powerful. We had a nice view over the garden at the back. Would defo come back again

The hotel is very clean and tidy. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Every need is catered for. Rooms even had small fridges and fresh milk in the fridge downstairs should we wish instead of the long life cartons. The breakfasts are made to order and came hot. They also offered cerals, juice, jams, yoghurts and fruit. It is very close to the attractions and if you look in reception you will find discount codes that will help you save money. We saved over 40 pounds using them. Overall a brilliant place to stay while visiting and would recommend anyone visiting to stay here.

Not four star but charging four star prices. Breakfast was poor quality. View from bedroom nothing like photos on website. Will not be returning.

We can really recommend this lovely B & B. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and the showers easy to use. Martin and Maria are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal with easy access to the old tramway to a short level walk into town. Malcolm & Jean Reed.

The room was spotless and the facilities are great. We had a fridge in our room, a lovely surprise. The choice for breakfast is very good and it was delicious. It's within walking distance of Stratford and Martin and Maria are super friendly and obliging. We will return and highly recommend Avonpark House

This was our first time at Avonpark House and had gone for a birthday celebration. We were greeted on arrival by Martin who could not have been more helpful then and all though our stay. Our room was really lovely and the breakfasts amazing. Looking forward to going back soon.

Love it!! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy! Our room was in the back overlooking the garden and was so quiet and perfect for listening to the birds and the tower bells from Holy Trinity. The location is superb as everything is walkable! The full English breakfast was delicious!!!! *We would also highly recommend The Old Tramway pub for dinner which is only steps from Avonpark House.

We had a fantastic stay here, the room was well appointed and all our needs were met. Breakfast & sitting time was pre ordered the night before which meant we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Good choice on menu. Our bedroom and bathroom was spotless, we had a mini fridge which was so quiet! We were in easy walking distance from the town with a great local pub nearby which had live music Fri & the Sat we were there, also good food there. We would definitely stay here again
