บ้านพักหลังนี้มีแบ่งจองเป็นห้องๆและเหมาทั้งหลัง เราจองแบบเหมาหลัง พัก 16 คน ที่เราไม่โอเคเลยคือพื้นที่ส่วนกลางมีกล้องวงจรปิดทุกชั้น เราโทรหาเจ้าของที่พัก ขอให้ปิดกล้องระหว่างที่เราพัก 1 คืน เพราะเราเหมาบ้านทั้งหลังแล้ว พื้นที่ทั้งหมดถือเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนตัวของเรา รู้สึกไม่สะดวกใจและโดนละเมิด ในเมื่อเราไม่ได้จองแค่ห้องๆเดียวหรืออยู่กับแขกคนอื่นเลย เจ้าของไม่ยินยอม บอกว่าเป็นเรื่องความปลอดภัย ไม่แน่ใจว่าอันนี้ผิดกฎหมาย PDPA ไหมคะ บอกเลยว่าใครจองที่นี่แบบเหมาหลัง ให้รู้ว่ามีกล้องวงจรปิดอยู่นะคะ จะได้ระวังตัว เผื่อว่าไม่ทันสังเกตเห็น และอีกอย่างคือเรื่องมารยาทของของคนรับเช็คอิน พวกเราก็ไม่ได้ทำอะไร แต่เจอไป 3 ช็อตค่ะ ไม่อยากลงรายละเอียดเยอะ เอาเป็นว่าถ้าทำงานบริการแบบนี้ ช่วยพัฒนา service mind ด้วยค่ะ เจอแบบนี้คนเค้าพักครั้งเดียว ไม่บอกต่อ แต่ด่าต่อแทนค่ะ
