Great location in the town, not far from the skibus stop, tourist information centre, shops, bars & restaurants. Staff in the apartments could not be more helpful & friendly. Very reasonably priced bar in the lobby. Clean warn & great wi-fi

It is situated very close to the ski lift. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is great to relax after a long ski day. The staff is very kind and always available. If you come with kids, they have a lovely mini club where the kids can play and are being cared for. There is also a rich fun program in the evenings. I would highly recommend it.

The rooms provide a stunning morning view of the Dolomites. Rooms are big enough for families with two kids. However, the only issue with the rooms is the electrical sockets. They are EU sockets but slightly smaller, which made it possible to charge my phone in all sockets, but only one socket could fit my laptop charger. Also, please be careful while using the electric stove. If you cook two things at once on maximum heat, it may overload the fuses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a great value for the price. We have stayed here three times already and will definitely return again.

Club Residence was central, and was perfect for our stay. Our room was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook for ourselves. San Martino di Castrozza is a lovely place, so we cannot recommend the Club Residence too highly.

Accolti in una reception (con vetrata) da una ragazza, scortese ma soprattutto da un alto tasso di incompetenza, nonostante avessimo le braccia pieni di bagagli e borse, ha preteso che pagassimo immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno. Siamo stati di grande educazione e l'abbiamo pagata immediatamente. Ci è stato assegnato un appartamento al primo piano completamente diverso da quello delle foto soprattutto nelle misure, sporchissimo di metratura 30% più piccolo di quello descritto 20m2 invece di 28/29m2, non aveva balcone, ma un accesso comune con un altro mini monolocale con una bella vista su un muro, avevo uno stendibiancheria da termosifone piccolissimo e furi uso ( era completamente inutilizzabile) oltre che sporco. C'era un enorme zanzarone congelato all'interno del frigo ( foto). Sopra il letto una ragnatela faceva la vedetta ben in vista (foto), capelli nelle lenzuola ( foto),telecomando del televisore non funzionante, non c'era uno strofinaccio nella cucina, il posto auto praticamente non esisteva, erano pochissimi su tantissime stanze....però avevano il garage a pagamento €12,00!!! Più che un residence sembrava una piscina/palestra comunale, bambini che schiamazzano e gente in costume che girava per le parti comuni e in ascensore, la puzza di cloro opprimeva. Non ho ( per ora) voluto segnalare la sporcizia agli uffici sanitari per l'estrema riservatezza, soltanto perché alle nostre rimostranze ( avevamo già saldato un mese prima del soggiorno) e a quelle seguite da Booking ci hanno cambiato il minuscolo monolocale con un altro (soltanto meno sporco dell'altro).Abbiamo lasciato il mini appartamento più pulito di come lo abbiamo avuto ( tutto documentato) Personale delle pulizie mai cortesi, non rispondevano mai al saluto.....pessimo....sconsigliatissimo!!!

Appartamento pulito, personale pronto a qualsiasi evenienza e disponibile in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Abbiamo scelto la formula residence. San Martino di Castrozza è un paese caratteristico di montagna molto carino e con un bei negozi. Consigliato

Ottima struttura nel centro di San Martino di Castrozza. Molto fruibile il garage collegato direttamente all'Hotel ed il centro benessere. Peccato solo l'acqua un po' troppo fredda. Comunque lo consiglio vivamente per una vacanza in famiglia.

Pulito e personale molto disponibile, mini club favoloso , unica pecca se fossi in loro apportare alcuni cambiamenti come i divano letto un po' sfondati, per il resto lo consiglio a tutti, sopratutto alle famiglie . Piscina , sauna e bagno turco top
