This is the first visit in Livingston Hotel as a buisness traveller, although i felt the price was bit on a higher side considering its far off location from the airport and rest of the convenient areas, i would say its fine for a 1-night stay. More than a night i would probably won't stay if the rates to be over RM250++ for a standard unit.

My fav place to stay whenever i come to Sandakan. Near to restaurant, a lot of parking, with breakfast. Need deposit 100 everytime.

Old hotel, room is average, can’t expect too good in sandakan, free breakfast. Nearby there’s a 24hours market within walking distance.

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The food was ok and service was attentive and efficient.

The hotel was good, and the pool was fun for the kids. My family enjoy it

Nice place to stay and very afforadble. The lift also very clean and available. Parking lot also bigger can park anyway. Nice stay with family.

worth the money for this range of hotels, for the space and location

Can't ask more for this price, just a bit disappointed with the swimming pool (looks better in the pictures). Breakfast was very good and the room had everything you need.

When we checked in the front office manager gave us room far from the lift. i have to bring my 2 kids & my 3 luggage to the of the corner since the room located at the end of the corner. after calling the receptionist twice they decided to give us room near the lift since i asked for their consideration. if i don't have kids i wouldn't mind they put us room far the lift but since i am travelling with my 2 kids it would really appreciated if the put us room near the lift since it is much more convenient for us. the receptionist was really friendly and accept us with smiling. but the Front office manager need to smile more and be more friendly to the customer. the tv has no signal. but after the technician come and change the tv for us it is forgiveable. chairs and tables need to be add at the swimming pool since there's so many guest swimming with their kids but no other chair to sit :( breakfast was ok. but lack of choice. room was tidy and smell nice. toilet clean. staff friendly and helpful. Only the front office manager lack smiling and unfriendly. other staff was okay

All in order. Awesome staycation!

Need to improve on cleanliness, the shower head is dirty, and the towels have become yellow and some with stains.
