房東人很好，房間乾淨沒有異味，屋裡邊有免費的毛巾和洗漱用品，還有桌椅方便用電腦，總體來説物美廉價，值得入住。

入住體驗很好，有問題房東都會及時回覆，房客離開會換被褥，做保潔，房屋和評價照片相一致，公用衞生間也很乾凈，設施齊全，房間挺安靜。交通比較便利，地處三河市，臨近燕郊，到通州、北京市中心，也比較方便，一小時左右。附近有餐飲超市和菜市場。

衞生還不錯，位置挺好，雖然離北京市區是有點遠，但是周邊買東西很方便（就是廚房不太好做菜，有點遺憾）
