Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it.
Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere.
Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

The hotel is very good and the front desk staff are very friendly. Generally speaking, the price of hotels in Sanming is generally high, but this one has a very good price/performance ratio.

The location is very good, there are six benches and square tables downstairs, the back of the hotel is by the river, the surrounding is very lively, and it is very convenient for restaurants and snack shops of all sizes. There is a parking lot, which is convenient for parking.
