the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

Staff are lovely especially Candela!! Invited us to play beer pong which was so much fun and I won a cocktail. Hotel is lovely pool is super clean too. Beautiful views of the beach.. the pina coladas are a must soooooooooooo tasty!!!!!!!!!!!

Great stay! Candela and Lu were amazing, so friendly getting us involved in beer pong and really put a lot of effort into creating fun round the pool. Such a great a laugh. Lovely pool area and a**osphere. Pool area so clean and drinks great :) x

Nice and clean, decent facilities, access to food all throughout the day. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location, just far enough out of the hustle and bustle. There's a taxi boat outside to take you over to the west end/mambos. Ibiza rocks bar within walking distance, there's a lovely little reggae bar close by too. Don't lose your cup 😄 Thoroughly enjoyed my visit

I had an amazing week in this hotel, everything was perfect!!! Great location in front of the sea with amazing views and sunset!! The staff very friendly, Nico, Luisina and candela (animation team) Jose and Antonio Valverde (bar) Javier at reception! Thank you! Also the restaurant was great, many options and friendly staff! The accommodations were fantastic. The room, the food, the staff… everything was great! When you have over 600 ravers attend your hotel for a week long party and the staff doesn’t even break a sweat, you know you’re doing something right! The food… oh my god you don’t want to miss a meal at the hotel San Remo. This restaurant is fantastic! The location is perfect as well. We will definitely return in the future!!!

Very accommodating for vegans when asked, great facilities, particularly enjoyed the yoga. We went for slip back in time and had a fantastic time dancing for a week. Lovely friendly staff and clean rooms. Not sure about the alcohol as I don’t drink but plenty of soft drinks available

We came with a very big group and had the best time ever. The hotel is amazing, in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and lovely. Staff is extremely friendly, especially the entertainment group, Candela, Luisina and Nico! Loved the yoga classes with the girls and the water volley was fun!
