It was my first time staying with Huntley Hotel, but the experience was exceptional. Room is spacious and clean, it’s close to the breach. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

A super bad experience. The hotel is located in downtown Santa Monica and security is very poor. Parking at the hotel costs 55 dollars a night. The public parking lot next door was stolen on the first day. On the last day, I stopped at the hotel to help charge the battery, but the valets didn't give me a clear handover during the shift change and didn't give me a charge. I was really impressed. The hotel has no environment at all, it's just very bad anyway! And the toilet is huge

The room is relatively large, with twin beds, each bed is 1.5 meters. The room decoration, lamps and bedding are more elegant. Hotel parking is more expensive, it costs 55 knives. But there is a public parking lot on the street behind, 15 dollars for 24 hours, 20 dollars on Saturday and Sunday. My 2nd time here and it is now my ‘go to’ hotel when visiting Santa Monica! Greta and all the staff are wonderful! Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed

Was charged hundreds of dollars over the holding fee. Hot tub is not clean at all. Very small staff was very slow with the computer system and charge 55 dollars for parking.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and engaging. The PentHouse restaurant's food was delicious - the view of the sunset was fabulous.
The only reason the average was given for property condition and facilities is because of the elevators which were slow.

Super clean hotel with super friendly staff. The decor is beautiful and the valet is excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect too. 5 star all around!

I had a fantastic experience at the Excellent Hotel, where I received excellent customer service from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, room service, and cleanliness. They give me an upgrade on my room. The private driver, Chuck, provided outstanding service during my round trip to Union Station. I will definitely choose to stay there again in the future.
