早餐挺好設施齊全

The reception was extremely helpful and considerate. Although not expected, english speaking was very helpful (i believe her name was Moi). The lobby store clerk was very professional and kind. An english speaking waiter made my dining experience as good as the establishment would have wanted by steering me in the right direction. You could sense the pride in every employee from the front doors to the clean room. Thank you for your professionalism!

The lack of ownership of the property. No body was in charge, I asked several times to talk to the Head Manger and never ever got connected to him. Very poor service. The sauna room needs a redo, starting with the rules of the saune. If you have a family, please dont stay at this hotel. Very poor environment for a family.

I saw a cockroach on the counter of the sushi Bar. Complain about it and the server told me that this things happens even if the fumigate 💀💀

Was a great experience to inmere into japanese culture. The hotel was better than expected. by the price is a good relation price-quality.

The hotel its OK, although the noise in the room is very loud. The rest meets the expectation.

They charge you some dollars per hour if you want to check in before 15:00; they told me they had available rooms, but it’s a hotel policy to charge for early check in

This place is a better location to enjoy and relax at the same time, the infrastructure is amaizing and gives the oppotunity to disconect for the stress and the daily routine.
