Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The surroundings are lovely, with abundant greenery and fresh air. The front desk staff were very courteous. The facilities are excellent, featuring a free parking lot, a gym, and laundry facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Service: Excellent staff – polite, clear in communication, and quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for five days, and it was very quiet throughout. However, on the last night, a tour group arrived. I was woken up twice, once after 11 PM and again after 1 AM, by four or five older women with indiscernible accents loudly laughing, chasing, and making a commotion in the hallway. The noise echoed throughout the entire corridor. I called the front desk to address the issue, and to my surprise, when I checked out the next day, they offered a small gift as an apology. The behavior of individual guests doesn't diminish my overall impression of the hotel. I will absolutely return here next time I'm in Sanya. Best wishes.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel has comprehensive amenities, and the pool is crystal clear and the water is just the right temperature. A dip is incredibly relaxing, and afterward, you can relax in the poolside lounge area. I especially want to commend Ms. Liu Juan, the front desk lady, for her warmth and patience from check-in to check-out. She proactively helped plan itineraries and promptly addressed any issues I encountered. Her thoughtful and attentive service was truly heartwarming! Quality is reflected in the details, and I'll definitely stay here again!
