The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is brought to the room on request. The administrator Lucky helped us a lot during the trip - a responsive girl who tries to make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. She knows Russian well. I want to express my gratitude to her. The number of sun loungers on the beach was a little annoying, there are very few of them and they are old. Beach towels can be taken at the pools, but sometimes they are not there, and you have to use towels from the room. In general, the impressions of the hotel are only positive.
