We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott. The location is fantastic and near to a lot of great bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff couldn't have been more helpful sorting several small requests. Sharry in particular was highly professional and made our stay extra special, really making us want to come back again! We had a fantastic stay at the Sanya JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay. The hotel is really beautiful, the location is great. From the stunning property and comfortable room to the prime location, everything was excellent. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. The service of hotel was top level. First class to Sharry, who provided us with amazing service and was incredibly helpful throughout our whole trip. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her professionalism and genuine care are a true asset to the hotel. We can't thank her enough for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

這兩天入住JW萬豪酒店的總體體驗感還是比較好的，酒店提前就有客服柚子致電聯繫，仔細詢問了對房間的要求和物品，入住期間迴應也很及時。就是室外小童樂園和泡泡排隊沒開放有點小遺憾，客房阿姨很貼心的幫我們把衣服都擺在了衣架上。

這次體驗還OK!海景房風景果然好，離海近，景色震撼!他家酒店游泳池很多，最大一個各個角落都是1.5米深，完全不擔心踩不到底~海灘離酒店也很近，沙灘質量也好，可下水，比旁邊酒店方便不少。酒店有一個露天自助晚餐，還不錯。另外工作人員服務態度很贊，尤其前台還有客房服務人員給我留下了比較深的印象。
三亞JW，環境優美，自帶沙灘，很適合帶有小盆友的遊客居住，工作人員的服務態度非常好，Andre服務很好 有輔食 ，大堂的工作人員熱情接待，值得推薦的一家酒店。

三亞山海天JW萬豪完全超出期待！入住時就被大堂的熱帶風設計驚艷，房間推窗就是壯闊海景，清晨被海浪聲喚醒的感覺太治癒。露台浴缸超讚，傍晚泡着澡看夕陽染紅海面，浪漫到極致。餐飲也很驚喜，早餐現做的海南粉酸辣夠味。服務更是貼心，賓客關係的草莓，真的要大大點贊，得知女朋友生日還貼心的做了個生日佈置，很感動。
步行十幾分鍾就能到大東海沙灘，沙細水清，拍照出片率超高。無論是情侶度假還是家庭出遊，這裏都是絕佳選擇，已經開始期待下次再來！

入住辦理比較費時，其他方面都是很OK的。酒店環境優美，整體居住感覺舒適愜意，工作人員很nice 也很helpful。Andre服務不錯 房間內設施也OK 沒有老化很嚴重 使用起來不方便，但總體不是太大問題。酒店有900米之外的大東海沙灘，很方便人也不多，度假放鬆很適合。如果下海里玩需要往大東海方向走一走。但是不建議酒店內有露天泳池，挑選自己喜歡的就可以。

Loved the room, very tastefully decorated with a luxurious fee (only negative is that the desk chair is too low when trying to work on the table)l. Breakfast restaurant a disappointment, no view, and feels unwelcoming.
Typhoon hit very hard while i was there (see pics) but repairs alreadt well under way when I left
