1.酒店沒有前台，前台在工地裏，入住辦理慢
2.安全鎖釦不可用，房間裏有飛蛾
3.樓下是酒吧，很吵，半夜有醉鬼敲錯門，樓下有女生撒酒瘋。本來準備作為過渡酒店住，結果一夜沒睡好
位置、面積和設計可以看出曾經的輝煌，然而如今已經不如民宿了

有陽台，抬眼就是港灣風景，遊艇林立，藍天大海，繁華市區中心，交通便利，樓下酒吧林立，年輕人的聚集中心。房間很大，有房有廳有沙發，一家四口非常合適。二十年沒來了，房間依然不錯。想當初是那麼豪華。這個價格對得起曾經的身份，最近酒店白天有部分在裝修，如果是晚上入住早上出發就不受影響。這個價格也算對得起這個影響吧。

入住的時候，大堂在裝修，環境非常亂，房間的電視老是出問題，沒有房間電話不方便聯繫前台，衞生一般，就是位置地段不錯，但是因為裝修不好找酒店位置。

酒店位置非常好，離第一市場步行5分鐘、離旺豪超市步行10分鐘內；最重要的是，離我們去西沙的遊艇碼頭步行2分鐘，交通十分便利。設備設施確實老舊，但對於過渡一下的我們來説無所謂，樓下就有沙縣小吃可以吃早飯，非常便利。
