The room was spacious and bright, truly setting a perfect vacation mood. The pool was also incredibly relaxing and a definite highlight. From the moment we checked in, the service was incredibly thoughtful. Vivian, in particular, was exceptional – she constantly checked in on our needs throughout our stay and even proactively arranged a late check-out and bath bombs for us. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

I stayed here several years ago, and on this visit, I felt the service was even better. During check-in, I casually asked about late check-out, and our butler, Vivian, immediately said it could be arranged depending on room availability. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but the very next morning, I received a message from the butler informing me that late check-out had been arranged. The room facilities haven't deteriorated with time; in fact, the water pressure was absolutely amazing – showering felt fantastic, even better than some premier hotels in Haitang Bay. The hotel's highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool, which is incredibly photogenic and perfect for great pictures.

An unexpectedly delightful experience! We originally booked a garden view room, but the front desk proactively upgraded us for free to a high-floor sea view room (so touched!). The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Sanya Bay's clear blue waters. Lying in bed watching the sunset over the coconut groves instantly made the price feel justified! **Key Highlights:** 1. **The rooftop cantilevered pool is legendary!** This transparent pool, 70 meters high, offers a 120° panoramic sea view. It's incredibly photogenic during the day, and the sunset views in the evening are breathtaking. Complimentary iced towels and bottled water are provided by the pool, and lifeguards are on patrol throughout, ensuring complete safety. 2. **Incredibly thoughtful family-friendly details!** Upon check-in, they provided a complimentary kids' sand-digging toy set (saved us from buying one at the attraction!). The pool area also features a heated kids' pool, with a perfect temperature for little ones. The room was equipped with children's slippers and toothbrushes. Families with kids, look no further – book this place! 3. **Convenient location, no worries about food and drinks** Just across the road is Sanya Bay Beach (fine sand, not crowded). It's a 5-minute walk to Longxing Seafood Plaza, and you can order local delicacies like Qingbuliang (a sweet herbal soup) and Coconut Chicken via delivery. The airport is just a 15-minute drive away, making early flights stress-free.
