非常方便，離大東海旅遊區直線距離衹有幾百米，吃喝逛都很方便，外賣也能送到門口，小區樓下有免費泳池，老闆很熱情，有需要也能很好的解決，入住體驗很不錯。

房屋實物和圖片嚴重不符，沒有一點能對的上，但是我們晚上去的有點晚就沒有再換房了。屋子很舊，設施也不好，空調不製冷，床墊很硬，浴室天花板還有一個大洞，這個價格一點都不值。

房東很熱情，出發前就溝通好：位置、接機、入住等；到了小區還安排有人來接，還給我們特色餐食推薦以及如何避坑、旅遊建議以及各種注意事項；入住期間溝通及時，幫解決困難。民宿位置非常好：沙灘很近、小區泳池、周邊小吃、超市、交通很方便。下次還來。

雖然期間有點小插曲，行程有變動想退房，不過確實也是我們的原因而且快到入住也沒辦法。環境和屋裡設施真的很不錯，而且房間都有陽台，還能看到海，真的值得推薦！

周邊的環境很美，小區的生活配套也很完善，離海邊近。房間很寬敞，衞生工作到位，打掃的很細緻乾淨，特殊時期乾淨的衞生環境住着放心，好評
